Handmade pendant in steatite and leather with the symbol of the Seed of the Tibetan Universe, handmade in the south of France.
Steatite has been used since the Upper Paleolithic for art and ornamentation. Later, the Scandinavians discovered its great thermal properties of accumulating and releasing heat and have since used it in the production of containers, heating elements, etc.
On a subtle level, steatite has calming and soothing properties ; it is used in Lithotherapy to calm and stabilize the mind . It improves communication and socialization .
The Seed of Life of the Universe represents the notion of seed, of the origin of the universe, of everything. A notion that can be compared to that of the Tao, From which everything emerges, or to that of the Big Bang from a modern scientific point of view. Like the seed that contains within it the entire tree to come, this symbol contains the entire essence of the universe, all its potential, represented by the birth of the Spiral.
The symbols are hand-painted, and the paint is protected with a layer of thermosetting resin to ensure a perfect finish. The setting is done with leather cord.
