Cedar is burned to purify spaces and bring abundance and prosperity . It promotes harmony and understanding between people, having been used since the oldest Shaman traditions. White sage reinforces energetic cleansing.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE : For fumigation with smudge sticks (bundles or torches and smudges), you can start by lighting one end and when a few flames appear, you can extinguish them and the embers will create smoke. This is the smoke that will be used to cleanse a place, a person or an object. Make sure to do your fumigation in a well-ventilated space and place your bundle in a receptacle that is exposed to high heat (such as an abalone shell for example).
